3 Florida Cities in the Top 20

LUXEMBOURG – March 24, 2015 – Website Owners.com released data it compiled on U.S. real estate markets with for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) listings in 2014, and three Florida cities ranked in the top 20. To compile the list, the website compared the total number of unique FSBO listings that appeared in each metro area in 2014.

New York topped the list followed by Chicago, with Tampa-St. Petersburg-Sarasota coming in third. The Orlando-Daytona Beach-Melbourne metro area ranked No. 11 and, right behind it, Miami-Ft. Lauderdale is No. 12.

According to Owner.com, the median home price of a FSBO listing in Tampa-St. Petersburg-Sarasota was $225,717; in Orlando-Daytona Beach-Melbourne it was $231,449; in Miami-Fort Lauderdale it was $356,177.
